Job Descriptions

A Food and Beverage Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating all food and beverage operations to deliver an excellent guest experience. This includes overseeing service standards, maintaining quality and hygiene, supporting the F&B manager, and ensuring profitability through effective planning and execution.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing day-to-day operations of all F&B outlets (restaurants, bars, room service, banquets, etc.).

  • Monitor service standards and ensure high-quality guest experiences.

  • Coordinate with chefs, kitchen staff, and service teams to ensure smooth service flow.

  • Handle guest feedback and resolve any service-related issues promptly.

  • Supervise, train, and support F&B staff to maintain professional standards.

  • Assist in planning menus, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.

  • Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage stock efficiently.

  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.

  • Analyze sales reports and contribute to strategies for maximizing revenue.

  • Assist with staff scheduling and labor cost control.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Hotel Management or related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in the food and beverage industry, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or executive role.

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.

  • In-depth knowledge of F&B operations, trends, and best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office; knowledge of inventory and ordering systems is a plus.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.


Work Environment:

  • Hotel, resort, or upscale restaurant setting.
