We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee and ensure the cleanliness, orderliness, and overall appearance of our facility. You will be responsible for supervising housekeeping staff, inspecting rooms or areas, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily activities of housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness standards are met.

• Assign duties and inspect work to ensure conformance to prescribed standards of cleanliness.

• Train new housekeeping staff and conduct regular refreshers on procedures and safety.

• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas on a routine basis.

• Monitor and replenish housekeeping supplies and inventory.

• Coordinate with maintenance staff for repairs and maintenance in rooms or common areas.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Address guest or client complaints and resolve housekeeping-related issues promptly.

• Maintain records related to staff performance, schedules, and inspections.

• Report to management and suggest improvements to housekeeping procedures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role.

• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.

• Ability to manage and motivate a team.

• Good organizational and leadership skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and customer service mindset.

• Familiarity with health and safety standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in housekeeping or hospitality management is a plus.
